Der Aphasie Landesverband Berlin e.V. (ALB) wurde am 16.03.2004 gegründet und ist Mitglied im Bundesverband zur Rehabilitation der Aphasiker e.V. (BRA) in Würzburg. Wir haben in Berlin 117 Mitglieder. Der Bundesverband führt Beratungen von Betroffenen durch, organisiert Seminare und Vorträge und unterstützt den Landesverband in seinen Tätigkeiten. Darüber hinaus kooperieren wir mit der Landesvereinigung Selbsthilfe Berlin e.V.
We supervise and coordinate meetings for people with aphasia and their families with various activities in their self-help groups, such as sharing experiences, communication training, creative work, holiday reports, singing, climbing, etc.
We also offer:
- Hilfestellung und Beratung für Betroffene und ihre Angehörigen sowie Rechtsberatung durch den Bundesverband,
- Networking all institutions involved in the rehabilitation process to achieve the best possible rehabilitation and optimal care for those affected, educational and public relations work, and support and development of new self-help groups. Conducting information events and participating in trade fairs and providing stand support.
- Promoting and developing an information network for mutual support and advice on the resources available for those affected and their families,
- Leisure activities for people with aphasia/stroke and their families, as well as summer festivals, day trips, and an annual educational trip. Exercises and games on the computer/notebook or iPad.
- We founded an Aphasiker Chor Berlin (ACB) in 2011 and are always looking for interested people,
- Climbing for people with aphasia and stroke since the beginning of 2024...
