Indoor climbing
organized by ALB and guided/carried out by the trainers from
German Alpine Association (DAV)
The indoor climbing is led and carried out by qualified trainers of the German Alpine Association (DAV),
which provide safety and individual support.
Climbing has established itself as an effective and exciting form of therapy for the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
It promotes motor skills and strengthens confidence in one's own body.
